Pre-Nuptial victory changes rules of marriage

The Court of Appeal backed claims by a German heiress that a contract signed before her marriage did protect her fortune.
Katrin Radmachers' husband will lose much of his £5.85 million settlement awarded at an earlier Court Hearing.
Emma Hatley, a Partner in the Divorce and Family Department at Stewarts Law, said:
"In the light of this decision, it would be foolhardy for anyone entering a Pre-Nup to assume that they will not be held to the terms".
