Emma Hatley has joined the divorce and family team at leading niche litigation firm, Stewarts Law.
Emma, formerly a partner of Withers, completes a formidable team, headed by Stephen Foster and reinforced by Debbie Chism, ex-Manches, in April of this year.
Emma was pivotally involved in the reported cases of Sorrell and Charman. Her personable and intellectual approach wins her the vote of her clients, peers and the Bar. This year she has continued steadily to build her practice acting for entrepreneurs, City professionals and their partners. Her increasingly international caseload was recognized in 2008 by her election to the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
Emma, who was awarded the Spears Wealth Management under 40 Lawyer of the Year, has a growing reputation as a rising star of the next generation and her move to Stewarts Law, from Withers, has been applauded by the profession as an opportunity for her to really shine.
