Stewarts Law wins ‘Niche Firm of the Year’ at the 2009 Lawyer Awards

The Lawyer awards are judged by the editorial team assisted by a distinguished panel of external judges. There were a record number of entries and more than 1,100 lawyers attended the awards dinner at the Grosvenor House, Park Lane.
In winning the award, Stewarts Law was recognised for its strategic development, financial performance and most importantly the excellent outcomes achieved for its clients during the last year.
The firm has rapidly expanded. Clive Zietman and Andrew Shaw joined from Manches to head up the new Commercial Litigation Department. Debbie Chism (Manches) and Emma Hatley (Withers), two of the most highly regarded divorce lawyers in London, joined the Divorce and Family Department. Simon Preston (Gordons), one of Yorkshire's leading divorce lawyers, joined with his team to establish a divorce and family department in Leeds.
