Stewarts Law US LLP is a limited liability partnership established in the State of Delaware with File No. 5117984. Stewarts Law US LLP is not regulated or authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

All of our departments have an international litigation capability and a number such as Competition Litigation, Investor Protection Litigation and Commercial Litigation contain lawyers from both Stewarts Law LLP and Stewarts Law US LLP, providing our clients with an integrated international litigation solution.

Stewarts Law LLP and Stewarts Law US LLP are separate legal entities and our clients contract with either the UK LLP or the US LLP depending upon the jurisdiction of the litigation. If the claim is cross border or requires the input of both the UK LLP and the US LLP separate contracts complying with local practice are issued by each LLP to our clients.
