Harriet has assisted on a number of reported cases including:

• AB v JJB (EU Maintenance Regulation: modification application procedure) [2015] EWHC 192 (Fam)

• Y (A Child: Private Law: Interim Change of Residence) (2014) EWHC 1068 (Fam)

Harriet recently acted for HRH Prince Louis of Luxembourg in the successful application for a reporting restrictions order relating to family proceedings – [2017] EWHC 3095 (Fam).

Career

She completed her training contract at Penningtons Manches before moving to a boutique family firm in September 2015 to pursue her career in family law. She joined Stewarts in January 2017.

Personal

Harriet enjoys travel, art, reading and spending time with friends and family. She plays tennis and is a keen runner.
