Hull City's legal action against former chairman

Stewarts Law represented Hull City in its legal action against former Chief Executive Officer, Mr Paul Duffen. Hull City's lawyers have confirmed that the club has ended its dispute with former chairman Paul Duffen out of court.

Clive Zietman, head of commercial litigation at Stewarts Law, representing Hull City in the case, added: 'This matter has been resolved very quickly. Often cases like this don't end up being heard in the courts, and sometimes they can be resolved on the court steps on the day of the case. Certainly, Hull City wanted to ensure their focus from here on in is on matters on the pitch and not off it, so they are happy to have resolved this issue.'
