Career

James graduated with an LLB from Exeter University in 2010, and an LLM in Public and Human Rights Law from UCL in 2011. He has spent the last year taking the BPTC at Kaplan Law School. During the last few years James has worked as a Social Security caseworker for the Free Representation Unit, successfully representing clients in DLA and ESA appeals respectively. During his spare time over the past year he has also worked as a Parliamentary Researcher for the Crossbench Peer Lord Alton.
