Julie Straughan is now Partner at Stewarts Law LLP.
Stewarts Law takes off with combined Aviation & Travel Law Department.
The leading litigation firm Stewarts Law LLP now has a 5 partner-strong department for Aviation and Travel Law. From May 2012, their top ranked Aviation Team is joined by their top ranked Travel Law Team as well as incoming Partner Julie Straughan.
Julie Straughan joins the team from Pierre Thomas & Partners and has over 19 years of experience acting on behalf of British and foreign nationals in the PI and travel arena. She has been involved in many of those cases which helped shape the law in this area including Edmunds v Simmonds, Maher v Groupama and Homawoo v GMF Assurances.
