Noelle studied Law and Economics at the National University of Ireland, Galway and then went on to complete LLB at the same University. Since completing her studies Noelle has had the opportunity to work for A & L Goodbody, the Legal Service of the European Parliament as a Robert Schuman Scholar, the Irish Business and Employers Confederation and an international law firm in Brussels working solely in competition law.
During her studies, Noelle spent her summers backpacking around Europe, travelling to America, working as a camp counsellor and for Ulster Bank. She was also involved in the Rotaract Society and the Homework club, and received an ALIVE certificate in appreciation of her services.
