Specialisations

Charlotte is part of Kevin Grealis' specialist team which handles both personal injury and clinical negligence cases for clients who have suffered catastrophic spinal and brain injuries.

Career

Charlotte studied law at the University of East Anglia and graduated in 2004. She worked in the claimant personal injury department of Hill & Abbott Solicitors managing her own caseload of fast track personal injury claims until joining Stewarts Law in 2007.

Charlotte joined Stewarts Law as a paralegal in the Aviation Department and assisted on claims arising from numerous air disasters including Adam Air Flight 574, Indonesia, GOL Flight 1907, Brazil, Garuda Airlines Flight 200, and British Airways Flight BA038.

During her time as a paralegal Charlotte also completed her LPC at BBP in Holborn and achieved a Distinction. She commenced her training contract at Stewarts Law in October 2009 and completed seats in Aviation, Personal Injury (where she assisted Julian Chamberlayne with a number of cases involving accidents abroad), Divorce and Commercial Litigation.

Personal

Charlotte is Captain of the Stewarts Law netball team that was recently promoted for the 2011/2012 season. She also plays netball for a team in the Islington All Nations League.
