RBS fined £28.6m by the OFT after breaking competition law - VIDEO CLIP

The Royal Bank of Scotland has been fined £28.6 million for telling rivals at Barclays how much they were charging for some of their loans to large professional services firms. The Office of Fair Trading said the offences took place between October 2007 and March 2008.
