The Clinical Negligence Department at Stewarts Law combines expert knowledge of medical treatment issues with expertise in neurological injury, particularly spinal injury, brain injury and cerebral palsy. The department has considerable experience in cases of paralysis or head injury caused by negligent surgery, the failure to diagnose a medical condition, or the failure to obtain informed patient consent, and accidents with anaesthesia.
