We are permitted by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) to share fees with other lawyers and we adopt a fee sharing team approach to the cases that are referred to us. We work with local lawyers from the jurisdiction in which the loss occurred and often with lawyers in the United States or alternative jurisdictions in which the proceedings are likely to be filed. The precise fee and team structure will vary from case to case. In all cases the fee structure is agreed at the outset of the case.
