It should have been the holiday of a lifetime to celebrate her 60th birthday and ruby wedding but Sylvia Brown was left with incomplete tetraplegia when the Eastern and Oriental Express jolted to an emergency stop. In this interview with ITV Sylvia describes how her life has been affected and her solicitor, Julian Chamberlayne, comments on the recently issued High Court proceedings.
