Stewart specialises in clinical negligence claims. He has a varied caseload including maximum severity claims, such as those involving spinal cord and brain injuries.

Stewart joined the Clinical Negligence department at Stewarts Law in August 2013. Prior to this, he studied Law at the University of Birmingham before completing his LPC at the College of Law in Guildford in 2008 obtaining Distinction. He trained at Blake Lapthorn and qualified with the firm in 2010. He began his career in the Professional Regulatory department acting on behalf of healthcare regulators, such as the General Medical Council, before specialising in clinical negligence. He has dealt with a wide range of claims and has been involved in a number of successful settlements of catastrophic injury cases including spinal and birth injuries.
Stewart enjoys golf, skiing, football, squash and swimming. He also enjoys reading, eating out and travelling.
