Stewarts Law instructed for Moroccan Truck Crash passengers

Stewarts Law have recently been instructed by 6 passengers who were involved in a road traffic accident whilst on a package holiday with Dragoman Overseas Travel Limited which involved travelling through Morocco on 10 April 2009.

The package tour included travel in a converted truck. The leg of journey that the passengers were on was from Dhaka in Senegal to Marrakech in Morocco. The accident happened whilst near to Tan Tan in Morocco. The driver of the truck allegedly lost control of the vehicle and it overturned. The passengers sustained a range of injuries. Two of them sustained serious spinal cord injuries. These passengers will be permanently affected by their injuries.

The claims are at present under investigation. Criminal proceedings are underway in Morocco.
