Stewarts Law solicitor named in 2012 Private Client Practitioner's Top 35 under 35

Sam Longworth has been named as one of the 'Top 35 Under 35' by Private Client Practitioner in their 2012 list, which identifies the rising stars of the private client community.

Sam is a senior associate in the Divorce and Family department at Stewarts Law LLP, specialising in all aspects of divorce and private family law with a particular emphasis on the resolution of complex financial issues for HNW individuals, whether married or unmarried. His cases often involve trusts (including offshore), commercial and tax issues, family businesses, inherited wealth, international aspects and the tracing of assets. He also advises on disputes relating to children, including contact, paternity, residence and financial provision.

His inclusion in this list follows on from his nominations for 'Family Lawyer of the Year' in the prestigious Spear's Wealth Young Turk Awards 2012 and was Citywealth's 2012 Magic Circle Awards, which brings together the elite advisors in the wealth industry, together with his inclusion in the Spear's Legal Rising Stars Index 2012 which recognises talented lawyers based in London who are aged 35 or under.
