Our multi-disciplinary investigations practice brings together experts in civil and criminal fraud, offshore trusts, cyber, tax, employment and insolvency. Our team includes lawyers with experience in-house, as well as ex-HMRC inspectors and experts in reputation management.  

Our approach

We are experts in managing any initial, urgent responses that are required, including regulatory reporting issues. We then work with our clients to identify key issues and priorities to devise an efficient strategy. In executing the agreed plan, we put in place the appropriate structural safeguards to ensure the confidentiality and smooth progression of the investigation. From the outset, we focus on setting the tone for a credible and effective inquiry.

In addition to managing our clients’ internal work, we are experts in handling all other relevant aspects of risk mitigation. We manage communications with regulators in the UK and overseas, deal with any parallel civil and criminal litigation and handle any related asset-recovery work.

We will issue recommendations and report to clients regularly throughout the course of our work.

Internal misconduct
