Dani works on complex personal injury claims, with a particular focus on road traffic accidents with his supervising partner, Paul Paxton.

Experience

During his time in the Aviation department, Dani acted on various claims under the Montreal Convention, an international code that seeks to harmonise air carrier liability across the globe. Additionally, Dani assisted on researching and developing arguments relating to false glideslope capture in a claim against Boeing in the US.

 

Career

Dani studied Hispanic Studies and Modern Greek before completing the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School. Dani worked as a paralegal in Stewarts’ Aviation department before commencing his training contract in 2021.

Personal

Dani is a keen athlete and enjoys exercising at the gym with his friends. Dani enjoys learning about financial markets and the driving forces behind market movements, specifically the effect this has on price action.
