During her time as a paralegal in both the personal injury and clinical negligence teams, Georgina assisted on complex and high-value ‘hybrid’ personal injury and clinical negligence claims, often involving severe brain and spinal cord injuries.
Georgina has worked on a number of catastrophic spinal cord and brain injury claims and assisted on multiple multimillion-pound settlements for claims resulting from personal injury and/or clinical negligence. While at Stewarts, Georgina has attended the High Court on a variety of cases.
Georgina’s highlights include:
- assisting on a multifaceted spinal cord injury case, which involved considering the security of a Periodical Payment Order from an insolvent Gibraltar-based insurance provider post-Brexit
- preparing for and attending an eight-day trial in a case resulting from cauda equina syndrome
Georgina studied Law followed by an International Law Masters at the University of Newcastle. Upon graduating from her LPC, she worked as a serious injury paralegal at Irwin Mitchell before joining Stewarts’ personal injury team in November 2019.
Georgina commenced her training contract in October 2021.
Since joining the firm, Georgina has contributed to Stewarts’ progress and commitment to LGBT+ inclusion through the LGBT+ Focus Group.

Georgina loves to travel, having grown up in Spain from the age of six. She also enjoys cooking and is often found hosting dinner parties for her friends and family.
