Kieran has acted across all injury practices at Stewarts. He focusses on aviation and international injuries supporting clients to pursue claims worldwide.

Kieran also takes an interest in sports injuries especially those with an international dimension.



Kieran has experience working on complex injury claims with a specific focus on aviation accidents, sports injuries, spinal cord and brain injury actions. Kieran has worked on many high-profile aviation cases such as Malaysia Airlines flights MH17 and MH370, and the Shoreham Airshow disaster. He has also assisted elite athletes to pursue claims following career-ending injuries.

Kieran previously worked on high-value, multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes.


Kieran studied law at Exeter University before completing his MA in Political Science and International Relations (Hons) in New York. He then represented a humanitarian organisation’s diplomatic arm at the United Nations Headquarters in New York before lecturing in public speaking & advocacy and composition & rhetoric at University of San Francisco, Quito, Ecuador.

Prior to joining Stewarts, Kieran took up a research post at Essex Court Chambers. He joined Stewarts as a paralegal in 2016 and qualified as a solicitor in 2020.

Kieran is a member of Stewarts’ football team and previously played semi-professional football.

Kieran enjoys travelling and speaks passable Spanish having worked and studied on four continents. Kieran has an interest in amateur photography and combines this with skiing, cycling, mountain climbing and scuba diving.
