Experience
Tim advised on a high-profile, high-conflict case in the High Court in Hong Kong concerning the maintenance of a child under the Guardianship of Minors Ordinance. This case also involved international custody disputes and applications for litigation funding.
He acted in a complex case involving the removal of children to a different jurisdiction and the division of marital assets including expert evidence regarding the parties’ expenditure.
Tim worked on a highly contentious, high-profile case involving the setting aside of financial and children consent orders and international relocation both in the District Court and Court of Appeal of Hong Kong.
Career
Tim trained at Withers LLP and then spent five years at Withers Hong Kong in the family team. He is qualified as a solicitor in both England and Wales, and Hong Kong.

Tim enjoys staying active through rugby, boxing, cycling and tennis. He is also a keen traveller and enjoys discovering new cultures and places.
