We are living in challenging and uncertain times. My primary concern is the well-being of our people, our clients, our friends and the wider community. Since the Covid-19 crisis first emerged, we have been making plans to ensure we are able to support our clients in the difficult months ahead.

We have moved to a remote working model across our London and Leeds offices. Our partners and lawyers remain available to attend the office and court to meet client critical requirements. As I write this message we have cases listed for trial, for arbitration, for mediation and negotiation.

Our agile working systems are robust and well-tested and will allow us to continue to deliver an outstanding and uninterrupted service. All our lawyers and support staff are issued with laptops which connect securely to our network. Our lawyers work remotely on a regular basis and are familiar with working away from the office

We will continually review our policy in conjunction with the advice and guidance issued by the Government and Public Health England.

On behalf of us all at Stewarts, our best wishes for the weeks ahead.

Information and guidance for our clients and visitors can be found here.
