Specialisations

Stephen deals with complex divorce and family law issues. He represents both husbands and wives primarily in high value divorce cases, and has substantial experience in cases with commercial and international issues.

Memberships

Stephen is a long-standing member of the Resolution Standard Committee, and is a trained Mediator and Collaborative Lawyer.
Stephen is also co-author of the Family Law Protocol.

Career

After almost a decade of being consistently regarded as the pre-eminent high asset divorce lawyer in the South of England, Stephen joined Stewarts Law in order to create a Divorce and Family Department which would become recognised as a market leader in its field.

Since moving to London in 2005, he has swiftly become a leading player in the London market, attracting a string of high-profile cases particularly entrepreneurs and corporate high-flyers.

Stephen's interests include his two young daughters, as well as English and American Literature, swimming and tennis.
