Ronak’s expertise includes high value and complex multijurisdictional disputes, with a particular interest in cases involving civil fraud.

Experience

Ronak has experience managing large-scale disclosure exercises, preparing trial witness statements in accordance with PD 57AC, and assisting counsel with expert cross-examination at trial.

Recent work highlights include:

• Acting for a large public institution in fraud claims exceeding c. $2bn against over 40 defendants across multiple jurisdictions worldwide.

Ronak is a member of our Commercial Litigation department in Leeds, which is highly regarded in both Legal 500 and Chambers.

In 2024, Ronak was published in the Yorkshire Post with an article co-authored with Andrew Robson, Businesses need to take action on new ‘failure to prevent fraud’ rules – here’s how. Career

Ronak graduated with First Class Honours in July 2019 and joined Stewarts shortly afterwards as a paralegal. She completed her training contract with the firm, gaining experience across Personal Injury, Knowledge and Compliance, Divorce and Family and Commercial Litigation. Ronak qualified into the Commercial Litigation department in October 2023.

Personal

Ronak loves travelling and exploring new cultures, having most recently visited Marrakesh, Bali and Bucharest. She also enjoys getting stuck into a good book for her monthly book club.
