Experience

During Dion’s time within the Divorce and Family department, she assisted high-net worth and ultra-high net worth clients on a broad range of complex financial remedy proceedings, child arrangement matters and pre and post nuptial agreements.

She has helped prepare multi-million-pound asset schedules in support of court applications and has experience guiding clients through the daunting court process and at round table meetings. Dion also has experience assisting on international and cross-border disputes. For instance, she has prepared applications to serve out of the jurisdiction, including in Spain, and has liaised closely with the Foreign Process Service and foreign lawyers to serve proceedings.

Career

Dion studied Law at the University of West England, Bristol, where she went on to complete her LPC LLM. Prior to joining Stewarts, Dion worked as a Family Paralegal at a Tier 2 firm where she assisted high-net-worth clients on all aspects of family law. Dion joined Stewarts in February 2024 where she worked as a paralegal in the Divorce and Family department before beginning her training contract in October 2025.

Dion is an active member of London Young Lawyers Group and Association of London Welsh Lawyers.

Outside of work Dion enjoys travelling and tasting new cuisines, attending Barry’s Bootcamp and running.
