Expertise

Molly has experience working on high-value catastrophic injury claims, including a complex amputation case that settled for over £5m.

Molly has experience drafting witness statements, instructing medico-legal experts, drafting legal correspondence, issuing claims and conducting legal research. She has attended client meetings with instructed solicitors and counsel.

Her previous experience includes assisting a solicitor who investigated complex employee relations matters within the NHS.

Career

Molly studied Criminology and Social Policy at the University of Nottingham. She then completed her GDL and LPC at the University of Law, Guildford.

Prior to joining Stewarts in July 2024, Molly worked in-house at the University of Surrey, where she assisted on multiple areas of law including employment, contract law, and advisory work.

Molly started work at Stewarts as a paralegal in the Personal Injury department before beginning her training contract in October 2026.

Personal

Molly enjoys travelling, trying new restaurants, cooking, running, and attending a variety of gym classes.
