A list of members is available for inspection at our offices. Any reference to a partner means a member of Stewarts Law LLP. Legal Directors are not partners of Stewarts and may include non-lawyers.

Insurance

The following information is provided as required by legislation in the Member States of the European Union pursuant to the European Framework Services Directive 2006/123/EC.

Stewarts has compulsory insurance, details of which are available at our offices and will be supplied on request.

Financial Services

The firm is not authorised under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 but we are able in certain circumstances to offer a limited range of investment and consumer credit-related services to clients because we are members of the Solicitors Regulation Authority. We can provide these investment and consumer credit-related services if they are an incidental part of the professional services we have been engaged to provide.

The firm is included on the register of Exempt Professional Firms maintained by the Financial Conduct Authority so that we can carry on insurance distribution activity, which is broadly the advising on, selling and administration of insurance contracts.
