Clive Zietman, Head of Commercial Litigation, was quoted in the Sunday Telegraph following news of a flaw in Metro Bank’s accounts, which has driven down the bank’s shares and wiped £800m off its value.

The accounting error was uncovered by the Bank of England, but Metro Bank initially reported that the accounting error was discovered internally.

Clive was quoted in the Sunday Telegraph, saying:

“We’ve been asked by a number of institutional investors to keep an eye on this. We are looking at it closely, and we are very interested in it. There is, post-RBS, a growing awareness in this country about investor protection claims.”
