Expertise
Alex has a wide range of experience varying from Aviation cases to State/Contractor disputes and Criminal Defence work. His previous defence work offers Stewarts’ a new perspective from the defendant’s point of view. His previous experience dealing with Montreal Convention cases will be more than useful in the Aviation team as he hones his focus towards liability and assisting victims and families affected by catastrophic air disasters.
Career
Prior to joining Stewarts, Alex spent 4 years at Clyde & Co as a paralegal and trainee. Alex also spent some time at the FCA contributing to competition law projects.
Personal
Alex enjoys keeping fit by playing football and going to the gym. He also enjoys cooking, travelling and going to festivals. Alex has an interest in legal technology and hopes to get involved in some of Stewarts future technology projects. Alex is also keen to start playing golf and aims to start taking lessons in 2024.
