  • Representing London’s ExCeL centre in London International Exhibition Centre v Allianz and Ors, named one of The Lawyer’s Top 10 Appeals of 2024
  • Representing Liberty London and Arena Racing, the UK’s largest racing group, in the Gatwick business interruption test cases, and their subsequent appeals on an issue of market-wide significance
  • Representing a US oil drilling company in LCIA arbitration proceedings under a political risk policy issued by a consortium of Lloyd’s syndicates, for loss of assets in Russia following the invasion of Ukraine
  • Representing a property developer in relation to claims estimated at over £70m arising from alleged cladding defects
  • Representing an EU health services company in their claim under a cyber risk policy for an indemnity on a regulatory fine
  • Representing the administrators of a UK-based hardware retail chain in their claim for Covid-19 business interruption losses

Career

Arjun was a trainee at the US law firm Goodwin Procter, completing contentious, transactional and advisory seats in the technology, life sciences, private equity, funds and real estate sectors. He studied Law at Downing College, Cambridge after two years of service in the Singapore Armed Forces.
