Francesca has broad experience acting for both individual and corporate clients in a range of disputes including breach of contract, professional negligence and fraud claims, contentious insolvency work and contentious trust and probate matters.

Experience

Cases in which Francesca has acted include successfully defending (at first instance, appeal and in subsequent proceedings) an individual in a $2bn contractual dispute relating to diamond mining in Angola. She also assisted in the well-publicised bankers’ bonus case against Commerzbank.

Careers

Francesca trained at Manches LLP, where she qualified in 2006. She joined Stewarts in 2009.

Francesca enjoys spending time with her young family, sunny and snowy holidays, and walking, running and swimming in the Oxfordshire countryside. She is also learning to row.
