Francesca has a broad range of experience working on commercial disputes often with multi-jurisdictional elements. Her experience includes commercial fraud claims, shareholder and corporate disputes, technology and IT disputes and group litigation. Francesca has frequently acted for a range of clients, including corporates, institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals.
Career
Francesca qualified into the Commercial Litigation department in October 2023 on the conclusion of her training contract. She completed seats in Commercial Litigation, Tax Disputes, Trust and Probate Litigation and Medical Negligence.

Francesca is a member of the Junior London Solicitors Litigation Association (JLSLA), the Society for Computers and Law and the Female Fraud Forum.

- Advising an international provider of IT infrastructure services in relation to a complex, technical and high-value contractual dispute
- Acting for a number of institutional investors including asset managers and sovereign wealth funds in a s.90 FSMA claim against a multinational commodity trading and mining company
- Acting for a defendant in a claim involving an application to challenge the jurisdiction of the English court
- Acting for a group of former shareholders in respect of an earn-out dispute arising from a Share Purchase Agreement.
