Experience

Hannah assisted in the successful defence at trial of a £28m claim between two former business partners in relation to an alleged undocumented shareholder’s agreement. She also worked in a team to defend an interim injunction relating to the use of confidential information, a trade mark infringement and passing off, and an unlawful means conspiracy. Hannah also assisted in a long-running and high-value fraud case involving international parties and criminal proceedings.

During her time in the Personal Injury team, Hannah assisted in the settlement of a claim involving a client who suffered a spinal fracture during a recreational boat ride. She also assisted in various cases involving clients who suffered serious spinal and orthopaedic injuries, together with traumatic brain injuries, as a result of high impact road traffic collisions.

Prior to joining Stewarts in 2016, Hannah acted for major UK banks and advised clients of the necessity and proportionality of issuing possession proceedings in accordance with pre-action protocols and financial regulations.
