Double amputee client able to follow his favourite football team again

James represents clients who have suffered life-changing injuries both at home and abroad. He acts exclusively for claimants and is able to use his expertise in English procedure and international law to secure the most favourable results for his clients.
James has significant experience in acting for clients following fatal accidents and life-changing injuries, such as brain injuries or amputations. His experience as a claimant lawyer allows him to cut through complex issues and advise his clients in a clear and concise fashion through every step of the process.
James secured a first class honours degree in Law before qualifying in 2015. He joined Stewarts in April 2020 having previously worked at Irwin Mitchell.
James is an APIL accredited Senior Litigator.
James loves getting out and exploring the countryside. He is also a keen runner, and something of an amateur furniture restorer.
