- Acting for 112 financial institutions in a £487m claim under s90A FSMA against Tesco Plc in respect of its accounting misstatements.
- Acting for the investment authority of Ras Al Khaimah (RAKIA) in a claim against a businessman for fraudulent misrepresentation, conspiracy and breach of contract and defending allegations of hacking and abuse of process.
- Acting on a multi-million pound claim against a FTSE 100 financial services provider in connection with breaches of contract and confidence.
- Acting for major retailers in multi-million pound claims against MasterCard arising from alleged breaches of EU and domestic competition law in relation to interchange fees.
Career
Rachel studied Law at the University of Nottingham before joining Stewarts as a paralegal in the Commercial Litigation department.

Personal
Rachel enjoys travelling to new cities and countries abroad and trying new restaurants across London. She also loves the theatre and catching up with friends and family.
