Sarah has experience working on medical negligence cases involving delayed diagnosis, misdiagnosis, failure to refer and/or inadequate treatment resulting in spinal cord or brain injuries. She also has experience in assisting on claims involving children who have sustained a brain injury as a result of failings in their care.
Career
Sarah studied law at Newcastle University and completed the Legal Practice Course with distinction. Sarah worked at Stewarts between 2021 and 2023 as a paralegal in the Medical Negligence department, then completed her Training Contract at Switalskis and qualified as a solicitor in October 2025.
Experience
Sarah has experience assisting with spinal cord injury claims, adult brain injury cases, birth injury claims, adult maternity claims and fatal claims.
Personal
Sarah loves travelling around the world and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, in particular her black labrador, Barney. She also enjoys getting stuck into a good new book for her monthly book club.
