Sarah has experience in drafting bills of costs, preparing points of reply, preparing advice in relation to costs recovery and challenging third party costs, preparing costs budgets and estimates, attending court for costs and case management conferences, monitoring expenditure where costs are subject to cost management, advising on client contractual liability in regard to protected parties and solicitor/own client costs recoveries.
