In the Medical Negligence department, Victoria assisted solicitors in a variety of complex, high-value serious injury claims, including spinal and birth injury cases where the clients had sustained catastrophic, life-changing injuries.
During her Commercial Litigation seat, she gained experience in a civil fraud case, which included attending a High Court trial.
Victoria has experience drafting legal correspondence and court applications, preparing witness statements and Schedules of Loss and instructing and liaising with experts and counsel.
Experience
Assisted in a high-value, multi-jurisdictional fraud claim worth over $1bn, acting for a public institution against 40 defendants.
Career
Victoria studied Law at the University of Leeds and completed the LLM SQE course at the University of Law. As part of her master’s degree, she successfully completed the Solicitors Qualifying Examination. Victoria joined Stewarts as a paralegal shortly after this, in November 2024, and commenced her training contract in October 2025.

Outside of work Victoria enjoys baking, reading, staying active and spending time with friends. She loves finding new restaurants in and around Leeds and trying out different cuisines.
