Stewarts Law today welcomes a new associate to its Trust and Probate Litigation department.
Emma McCall joins the team from Withers where she had 7 years’ experience with their top rated contentious trusts and succession team. Emma is listed in ePrivateclient’s ‘Top 35 under 35’, which recognises talent in young lawyers.

Emma acts for fiduciaries, beneficiaries and adverse claimants in relation to multi-jurisdictional trust litigation, often touching on conflict of law issues.
Emma joins James Price, who arrived at Stewarts from Farrer & Co in August 2016 to lead the newly established Trust and Probate litigation practice. She joins two other associates who currently work on contentious trust issues with James.
