James Price, Head of Trust and Probate Litigation comments:

“I’m delighted Geoff is joining the team at Stewarts. Geoff is an excellent practitioner with a strong standing in the contentious trusts and probate market. His arrival will enable us to continue to achieve outstanding results for our expanding client base. He also previously worked with other team members Emma Holland and Luca del Panta, so it seemed like a natural fit.”

John Cahill, Managing Partner comments:

“We continue to build a leading Trust and Probate Litigation department at Stewarts, which further adds to our expertise in resolving disputes for high net worth individuals. Geoff’s arrival adds further strength and depth to the team, and his expertise will be valuable to our clients. I am delighted that Geoff is joining us.”
