Rebecca Smith has joined Stewarts from Irwin Mitchell, where she had a leading role in running UK and international aviation matters in London.

The legal directory Chambers UK describes Rebecca as “frequently handling high-profile matters for those affected by major air accidents”. Alongside Sarah Stewart, Peter Neenan and James Healy-Pratt, Stewarts now has four of the six lawyers who are ranked for claimant aviation work in the Chambers UK 2020 guide.
