Ben advises on high-value personal injury claims, particularly brain and spinal cord injuries, including claims with an international element. He has experience of equestrian cases, as well as burn and amputation injuries. His highlights include achieving multimillion pound settlements resulting from a range of types of accidents, including road traffic accidents and accidents at work.
Ben is also a Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, and a founding assessor for their brain and spinal cord injury panels. Ben is ranked in Band 1 in Chambers 2024 and Legal 500, and was named ‘Partner of the Year’ at the Yorkshire Legal Awards 2021.
