Ben Townsend is appointed in a newly created role as Head of Personal Injury Leeds from 1 August 2023.

Ben joined Stewarts in 2004, just after the Leeds office was established, and was made partner in 2006. He specialises in brain and spinal injury claims. Ben has written his career story for the firm’s website here, and recently spoke to the Yorkshire Post about serious injury litigation.

Over the last three years they have recovered in excess of £250 million in compensation for their clients who have spinal cord injuries and in excess of £110 million for their clients who have brain injuries.
