Highlight episodes

Our debut Soundbites episode in 2020 featured a fantastic presentation by Matt Booth, Founder and Director of Flex Health, a leading provider of specialist musculoskeletal and neurological physiotherapy. Matt spoke to regular Soundbites host Emma Lyons.

In the first part of a multi-episode guide to catastrophic injury litigation, Dan Herman (now our Head of Personal Injury) examined the early stages in the life of a catastrophic injury case from meeting the client and their family, ascertaining immediate needs and establishing funding to choosing a case manager and single versus joint instruction.

It is natural that some clients will feel more stressed with the litigation process than others (sometimes influenced by the nature and extent of their injuries). Ben Townsend offered advice upon the specific stressors arising from expert appointments; and provided some top tips for case managers and other professionals.

In a travel-themed episode, International Injury partner Chris Deacon spoke to Bryan Joubert of Northcott Global Solutions about the importance of prior planning when travelling and how medical emergencies overseas can be managed.

Our latest episode featured Dr Edmund Bonikowski, a Consultant in Rehabilitation Medicine, exploring the value of rehabilitation prescriptions and how a rehabilitation consultant integrates into a multi-disciplinary team.
