Catriona has gained experience in many areas of family law, including complex financial claims arising on family breakdown, defended divorces, child arrangements and financial provision, and contact disputes between unmarried parents.
Prior to her move to law, Catriona had a successful career in investment management.
- Assisting on a complex financial matter, involving an add-back claim, at final hearing in the High Court.
- Assisting with successfully obtaining non-molestation and prohibited steps orders
- Helping with drafting a substantial witness statement in response to a defended divorce
- Providing analysis of complex financial disclosure and schedules of expenditure
Catriona graduated from the University of St Andrews with a degree in Applied Economics. After a successful career in investment management, she completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and joined Stewarts as a paralegal in October 2017. Catriona commenced her training contact at Stewarts in September 2018, as the first trainee to do a seat in KM and Compliance.
