David’s responsibilities include drafting bills of costs and replies to points of dispute, advising on inter partes costs recovery, attending detailed assessment hearings, costs and case management hearings and preparing costs budgets. He advises on client contractual liability in regard to protected parties and solicitor/own client costs recoveries.

Career

David began his career in costs with a national firm of solicitors before moving to a London based costs consultancy and then Stewarts in 2018. Prior to a career in law, David worked for a catering company providing food & beverages to a number of West End theatres.

Personal

David is a keen sportsman who enjoys cycling and occasionally running.
