Francesca has experience of resolving matters both by agreement and through litigation. She often works on cases with an international dimension, involving assets and trusts located overseas or foreign jurisdictional issues or with international families.
Francesca specialises in private children law, regularly representing parents within a wide range of highly acrimonious disputes including complex child contact arrangements, parental alienation cases and allegations of domestic abuse.
Francesca graduated from the University of Kent and went on to complete the six-month accelerated Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, London in 2013. Francesca joined Stewarts as a paralegal in February 2014, before taking up her training contract in September 2016 and qualified as a solicitor in September 2018.
Francesca was featured in an article in The Times ‘Jump from paralegal to partner’ regarding her experience moving from paralegal to trainee solicitor.

Francesca is a keen traveller and loves to explore new destinations. She is an avid skier and is regularly seen attending HIIT gym classes.
Francesca volunteers with the national eating disorder charity Beat, raising awareness and educating others through presentations and media interviews.
