Francesca’s experience is primarily in high-value financial disputes, usually with an international element and which involve complex asset, trust and remuneration structures. She also works on cases involving pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, often in relation to the protection of family wealth and business interests.

Francesca also has experience in a wide range of children matters, including disagreements in relation to child arrangements, jurisdiction disputes and domestic and international relocation cases.

In addition, Francesca has experience of cases involving domestic abuse, including applications for non-molestation and occupation orders. She has also worked on family law cases which involve criminal law allegations.


Francesca graduated from Durham University in 2015 with first class honours and completed her training contract at Withers in London. She joined Stewarts in April 2020.
