Harry is an associate in our Trust and Probate Litigation team. He advises on complex trust and succession disputes, including matters involving offshore structures and cross-border issues.
Expertise
Harry advises on trust and probate disputes, including matters concerning the administration and restructuring of trusts, trustee duties and claims against professional advisers. His experience includes complex domestic and cross-border disputes involving trusts and related corporate structures.
Harry also has experience of claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and disputes concerning the property and affairs of individuals lacking capacity.
Career
Harry joined Stewarts as a paralegal in 2023 and subsequently completed his training contract with the firm. He qualified as a solicitor and joined the Trust and Probate Litigation team as an associate in October 2026.
Education
Harry studied Philosophy at the University of Bristol. He then completed the GDL with BPP and the LPC at the University of Law, gaining a distinction in both.
Experience
- Acting on a dispute concerning the restructuring and administration of complex English trusts and a potential professional negligence claim
- Assisting with a cross-border dispute concerning prospective beneficiaries’ participation in proceedings relating to a Gibraltar trust
- Assisting with High Court proceedings concerning the recovery of approximately £3.5 million on behalf of a trustee, including an application for an interim injunction
- Acting for two adult claimants bringing claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
- Advising the financial affairs attorney of a person lacking capacity in a cross-border dispute concerning jointly held assets, maintenance demands and the management of the person’s property and affairs.
Personal
Harry enjoys reading, sports, and music. He is an avid cricket fan and also plays the guitar.
